I have CPTSD and ADHD. My therapist told me to start working out to improve my mood and get an outlet. I haven't worked or basicly moved for a year and today I finished this workout. Needless to say I am super proud of myself and eventho I feel like I'm dying I haven't had this much energy in a looonnnggg time!

I was skeptic about Agoge Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.

Ok only managed 2 rounds will work towards three, my first exercise other than every day walking for 20 years
My polar watch said 148 calories burned, I'm around 225lbs
Could you make a video similar to this for wheelchair users? A 15 minute workout in sitting positions? Thanks!

Great workout, not too hard, but you can certainly feel the effects if you're beginner
