For this workout you’ll need 1 pair of Dumbbells, I’ve used a pair of 4kg’s. The weight is low because we’re going to be doing a lot of reps and working with minimal rest.

Was able to keep up and do four rounds with 20 pound dumbs, by far the hardest I’ve tried from the body coach’s . Great 👍 fucking job man absolutely loved it keep giving us these sick workouts.

When doing the side lateral raise, the thumb should be pointing up, not down. By turning your hands inward at the top, you’re internally rotating your shoulder, which over time may lead to injury with that particular exercise. #athleanx

That was great! Crazy hard with 3lb weight (not sure what that equals) but I am old, so I am just proud I finished it!
Woa – brutal but manageable with correct weights. I HAD to reduce weight for the shoulder/lateral arm raises. Kept a spare pair much lighter dumbells for that one. Well thats me done and dusted in under 20min. Thanks Joe.
