Lots of people have asked me for more low impact workouts that take some pressure off the knees 🙌🏻 So here’s another easy on the knees-y workout you can do at home.
Sorry it’s not uploaded the last round but carry on going and finish the workout.

baby head on joe. only 6 exercises first round as well as no 3rd round. repeated round 2 to get full effect, good workout
Hi body coach. Love your low impact workouts. However I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and lunges and squats are not allowed along with any high impact activities. However, movement and strength moves are essential for my well being. Otherwise I just stiffen up! Difficult, and frustrating. Can you please post some new easy kneesy workouts to take this into consideration please or LIIT. Looking forward to it!

Do not do this work out if you have knee pain or history of knee pain, it includes squares and lunges which really started to hurt my knees after a while. Other than that it was a great workout to increase the heart rate!
Damn I was in my stride and it ended abruptly. Joe you need to redo this vid bud. The plank step ups aren't in round 1 and round 3 is missing.
This is not an easy on the knees work out. It's low impact for sure, but if you have knee problems, this will not be suitable for you!
I say try it, if your knee hurts, it should warm up. After 7 minutes I had to check because my knee felt better after that time.
this is not easy on the knees at all! lunges, knee push-ups are very painful!

Joe, I ruined my knees while doing PE with Joe (loved every second but now I’m suffering). This workout is defo not easy on the kneesy 🙁
