I started the 28 Days of Sweat challenge while on holiday for CNY. From Malaysia to Laos, and now China, I've really enjoyed supplementing my routine with these short workouts. I admit, I only rarely did push-ups and lunges before incorporating these videos. When I started, my chest and thighs were so sore from DOMs! Now, I can blast through these 10 minute sequences with a lot less pain. My body clearly needs these positions. Thanks Body Coach!
Well it’s the 28th May 2019 and I’ve just finished day no: 25 – all set for my daughters wedding on Sat 1st and I’m feeling great – Thanks Joe only changed one exercise as carrying a knee injury from running!!
Would love a new 28 days of sweat! On day 25 and sad im nearly finished. With 2 boys, 1 with ADD and the other a very active 3 year old lockdown is hard. But both boys allow me my 10 minute workout in peace!
