You did tough lower body workout the day before. Why did you push so hard on the legs in this video as well? Wouldn’t it be better to focus on the other parts of the body?

After days 15 & 16 that was tough on the legs and left me puffed out! I hated and enjoyed this one 😂 thank you Joe x
