Just at the right level today, but understand you have to make it suitable for all. I've been increasing the time of the exercise and reducing rests… Until today!!! Thanks Joe.
Hey guys, so just some quick thoughts that are completely up to my interpretation and could be wrong, so my apologies in advance. First, I subscribed immediately after the first video I completad. I searched something like “ full body work out without equipment.” Your video was the first I clicked on and was hooked to your training approach. It reminds me of insanity on a shorter scale as far as duration of work out/ training time. In your channel I found this 28 day work out, and I’m currently on my second day/ 4th episode. I find my self having to do two days/ two videos to receive a proper work out, again this is my interpretation and different people have different goals and expectations. I’m no work out guru or have some magical stamina or anything like that, in fact, I haven’t worked out regularly in a little over two years. I just find my self wondering if ten minutes of training is me allowing my self to slack due to my previous thought conditioning, if it’s not at least an hour work out, why bother type of gym talk.
My point is, perhaps make the videos a bit longer so that people that want a fuller workout can receive that, while people that wish to take is slower can simply pause or close the video. Perhaps each video provide a 25-30 minute video where it’s divided into three sections and people can either chose to end after the first, second or third section of the video. Perhaps three stages decided into ten minutes each.
My last uninformed thought is that up till now it seems very similar, as if each day it’s the same work out just different video. Perhaps adding a range of workouts targeting different areas each day. Basically constructing a thoroughly thought out weekly workout that you plan that works out different areas that makes it easier for the subscriber to just play, yet though subconscious to them they are getting a full quality work out.( Mon-wens-Friday back and chest abs, Tuesday- Thursday- Saturday shoulders, biceps and what ever else….I say that purely as an example, your the expert on mix matching. I sound like jerk at this point, almost implying that your videos are none of these things, no not at all, I’ve only watched a few videos and they have been great. I find you as a quality trainer that I want to use much more and I would even contribute to a patrion account or pay a subscription. You tubers often ask for advice on what their viewers might want, just my two cents.
I look forward to using you as my trainer via YouTube. Much love from Chicago bro
Joe, doing this 28days If sweat and to get into doing it every morning, question though: if I was to do one in the morning and next one in the early evening so would be 14days rather than 28. Would I get any more benefit?
13/08/20 @thebodycoach Brilliant 👏 and now I'm one big puddle 🥵😳🤣 completed this session twice. I'm aiming to do 20mins each day for this challenge as I have completed 3 lots of 7 days of sweat and they are 20mins each, so got to keep up my daily 20mins, especially since #PeWithJoe is taking a break 😢 #fitnessgoals2020 This was tough, but mentally I am stronger, so I can push through. Thanks Joe xx
Hey Joe. Absolutely amazing but so brutal ahh- but feel so much more better for doing day 4 workout especially after doing day 3 one. As well definitely made me feel so much more better on a Monday morning for sure! Enjoy your date night with your Wife Rosie and hope your Daughter Indie is good. You are the best virtual personal trainer on YouTube for sire! Thank you Joe for all you do recording and thinking of new workouts they are fantastic! I am in my early twenties and so enjoyed doing pe with Joe workouts during Covid lockdown when it was my first time working out and when I heard about you. I have now got two of your recipes books 📚 as well, can’t wait to cook from them as I am beginner cook 👩🏻🍳😊🌱😂😁😅😎💜💙xxxxx Best Wishes Sophie from Hertfordshire uk 🇬🇧😅💜💙😅😎😊🤗xxxxx Best Wishes Sophie from Hertfordshire uk 🇬🇧 Can’t wait to continue with your 28 day sweat challenge day 5 etc and do all of your other videos workouts as well. I liked this one! Just started your 28 days of sweat this morning. I'm going for six days of it and then some abs. Great this is available as a playlist as I can keep the videos rolling. More tabata workouts please! 🙂

What the guy below said, too true! Short breaks made that so tough, thanks Joe!
and thus, I died
Doing this very late as I didn't know about it before! This was a hard one. Loving the examples Joe!
Hey! Me too; also in a hotel room. Your workouts are GREAT for spaces without a gym. 🙂
This was tough but I loved it. Shot bro!
That was brutal Joe. I LOVED IT! 💚
I got used doing the day 1-3 breaks so when I done this it ruined me. When I started adapting to it this made it a challenge again. Brilliant videos
