Bro..i know it's more work but if you could edit them before uploading with a timer and the next exercise..would help. Right now, the timer volume is kinda low so hard to hear when to start n stop – but thx again!

Getting out of bed this morning hurt. Sitting on the loo killed my legs. Coming downstairs was torture. But I just finished day two, and in the words of Arnie, I'LL BE BACK….tomorrow, I'm enjoying challenging myself, and today I put on my son's little tshirt, to bind my boobies. No more broken underwires for me lol. Thanks Joe 😁💚
So I first heard about your work outs from dadvgirls and I thought I'd try your work out so far I've only done day one but I feel so much better and I felt so much better than during the cool down on day one you went and gave your child something and didn't feel like I was the only one 🤣🤣

Great love the workout and you are best virtual personal trainer for sure on YouTube. I am also your class of 2020 since I did Pe with Joe during Covid lockdown. I did this one straight after day 1 to get my usual 20 mins. I did 40/20 using my own timer. I couldn’t believe it when Joe said we’d done 5, it went so quickly. I enjoyed this, thank you Joe x
