This is a great 15 Minute Full Body HIIT to get your body moving. It’s not too intense and it’s great for these winter months if you’re struggling for motivation. Give it a go and let me know how you get on.

can i just say how much i appreciate you saying that "if you cant get right down that's fine" i am a veryyyyyy heavy teenage girl that has struggled with mental health and eating disorders my entire life. Every time i try getting in to exercise i always feel terrible cause people cant understand that they're idea of trying is much more intense than mine. So thank you for posting these videos cause people at gyms generally terrify me but on the bright side ive lost 20 pounds in the last 5 weeks!! I'm still in a terrible place but I'm trying lol. (for those wondering what i mean by huge with the twenty lost im still 350 pounds at 5'11" and 18 years old…. fml)

Saturday 8th May – Great little workout – I could do this one every morning – ideal for getting you moving! Session 119 for 2021.
Sunday 9th May – Enjoyed this one so much on Saturday, I did it again on Sunday! Session 120 for 2021.
Monday 10th May – Repeating this one for the third day in a row! A good challenge with 2kg hand weights, and full press-ups. Session 121 for 2021
Saturday 15th May – Back at it and doing this one again for the 4th time this week. Session 124 for 2021.
Sunday 16th May – 5 times for this one this week – and 5 times a challenge! Session 125 for 2021
Friday 21st May – Getting back into it after taking it easier this week due to a back injury… Session 128 for 2021.
Monday 31st May – The sun is shining in Glasgow, and I'm giving this another repeat! Session 138 for 2021
Saturday June 5th – back at it after a couple of days off. Left hip not good, so the lunges and up-downs were a bit painful, but eased off a bit by the end. Session 142 for 2021.
Saturday 19th June – Been too busy to do these daily for the past few weeks – it showed when I repeated this one today – ooft! Session147 for 2021
