You will need 1 pair of dumbbells for this workout. I’m using a set of 8kg.
We’ll be doing reps instead of working to time. You might be faster/slower than me but work to your own pace if you want, just make sure you have correct form to reduce risk of injury. Take a little rest in between the rounds but try and keep up the intensity.

Joe… Observation, but what about a warm/cool down? For any newbies watching this, could cause injuries. That was my first thought as someone who’s been in fitness for 30 plus years.

Great little workout – though Jesus Christ do you rocket through those burpees first couple of rounds! (I'm much slower as can't spring back easily due to stupid ancient knee complaint but insisted on doing them all!). I found this one actually easier to do just following the rundown in the description, still did it all and whacked some kettlebell swings each end just to make up for my slackness on the burpees… are you proud yet!? 😀
