I'm 28 weeks now and just did this workout! It was great. I feel so good. With lockdown I've just been walking and I don't feel it's enough. I'd really love for you to do more stuff like this so I can at least feel a bit prepared for labour!
I thoroughly enjoyed this workout! I found it to be a little bit of everything, and just the right intensity. Being pregnant and working out is always so hard because I find I'm too tired to get motivated. This simple workout was easy to get motivated to do and I quite enjoyed the practical exercises! Just wanted to check in and say that I've been doing this 3-4 times a week for the past month or so and I feel so much better. I had no motivation in my first trimester, but finally got some energy back in my second. My butt looks better than it did before I was pregnant, and my arm muscles are starting to pop a bit. Highly recommended.
Just bought some weights and found your pregnancy workouts, these are great!! So happy these are on here. It's really hard to find decent exercises for pregnant women!!

So glad I found this video! I love your HIIT videos but since becoming pregnant they just feel a bit too intense so this feels a great balance. I've been doing yoga, swimming etc but had been really missing these types of exercises – so glad I can keep doing them but in a lower impact way. Thanks!
Can you do a video about stretching? I'm 11 weeks and It's hard for me to jump straight into a workout and it helps to warm up first. Great video and simple workout, thank you!
I loved this, I'm usually a 6 days a week workout person but since being pregnant I've lost all my energy. At 19 weeks I've started looking into what i can do at home and this was perfect! I hope there are more ! 🙂
She seems more fitter then he is lol well done…..I was so unfit at the end of my pregnancy but I've had quite a few lol she has very good balance and control…I guess you've had alot of training practice
I've found out I'm pregnant 4 weeks ago and never exercised before I've quit smoking and started to do this video 3 times a week. I don't have weights, I use a tin of beans instead but I'm starting to feel loads better about my self. I feel stronger and my mind feels amazing. Thanks 😊

I loved this. This is my 4th pregnancy and I was too scared to exercise in my previous pregnancies so this has given me the confidence I needed

Nearly 36 weeks and loving this! Nice to find a workout that promotes strength in pregnancy. Got my 18 month old joining in with the squats too!
