Welcome to ‘7 Days Of Sweat’
I’ve had so many messages this week from people saying that they’re struggling with motivation and they’re finding it hard to exercise and workout. The weather’s changing, it’s the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air.
So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I’m calling it the ‘7 Days of Sweat Challenge’.
Every day starting on Monday 7th October 2019, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.
You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all through the winter.

This is day 16 for us and our second 7 day challenge! I do find it hard to get going sometimes but I am always proud of myself at the end! I am so grateful to you Joe for giving me something I can do on my own time at home. I am watching my attitude, my body, my confidence and my relationship all improve day by day! I keep sharing hoping all my friends and family try you out! Thank you for the inspiration and the journey!!

Just finished this… great challenge. This has super charged me to keep me on track to my target weight.. lost 20lb so far 7lb to go.. fitter nad healthier than I was since I was 21.. 40 years old now and at 11st after peaking at 14 a few years back.. Thanks buddy

I have been doing your workouts since March but this one was not achievable! day 6 was a 10 second rest then this one 2 min work then 60sec work then 2mins work then 60sec work for 10mins flat! I get you build up so then the last day no rest but to do the same exercise for 2mins was too much. Quit the work our and left feeling deflated 😢 this is the 1st one of your workouts I’ve had to stop ✋
Been doing Joe since first lockdown. Made great strides but day 7 just about finished me off!!!

This is the most exhausting Joe session ever! After a year of weekday Wicks workouts, I am spent!
I listened to Madonna's "Hung Up" while holding the plank and we both shouted "time goes by so slowly" from the bottom of our heart at the same time.

Love these 7 day challenges for motivating me and re-setting my mind. The way it builds day to day pushes you on to achieve more than you think possible on day 1!
This was the most demotivating workout ever, including all my school pe lessons which were a complete humiliation. I do one of Joe's workouts for the last month and a half and saw my fitness getting better each day and almost always made the harder versions of his suggested exercises. In this session, however, I was out of breath after 3 minutes and was unable to do half of the exercises because my heart can't keep up. And hearing that he has just run 15 kilometers beforehand… I'll show myself to the next trash can and throw my body away. 😉

I accidentally attempted this 7th day before the others. I wasn't up to it! But whats great is I know I can come back to this challenge in a couple months and hopefully see improvement and not be so smashed by the end!
But even just an hour after, I'm feeling great – thank you Joe!
