Welcome to ‘7 Days Of Sweat’
I’ve had so many messages this week from people saying that they’re struggling with motivation and they’re finding it hard to exercise and workout. The weather’s changing, it’s the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air.
So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I’m calling it the ‘7 Days of Sweat Challenge’.
Every day starting on Monday 7th October 2019, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.
You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all through the winter.

That was NUTS Joe!!!!! I was crumbling by set 2!! Not made any easier by my 2 year old pausing the vid in the holding plank – I must've been there for at least a minute!! 😂 All good tho, nice one fella, I'm loving these.

Bloody hellfire. I did this one outside thinking some fresh air would be nice, and I'm glad it was a cold and windy day. I still was sweating like crazy outside! Oh well, I wonder if it will be even harder tomorrow? Probably lmao
I've done all the 2019 and 2020 7 days videos. This is the hardest one for me. But also awesome.

That was hard!! At the start of the week or was easy but as the week progressed it did get harder. I feel day 7 will just kill me. XD but I'll see.

A year on and I have now mastered the jumping lunges though a little slow than your pace. I’m a glutton for punishment and a good (brief) workout!
I was glad to get through this one, I’m not the biggest fan of mountain climbers and burpees 😂 I took note of my last comment and started the abs ones straight away. Thanks Joe x
Hardest puke yet… With an excercise this intense a day of resting is needed in-between… Or else fatigue days bro!
