Welcome to ‘7 Days Of Sweat’
I’ve had so many messages this week from people saying that they’re struggling with motivation and they’re finding it hard to exercise and workout. The weather’s changing, it’s the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air.
So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I’m calling it the ‘7 Days of Sweat Challenge’.
Every day starting on Monday 7th October 2019, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.
You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all through the winter.

The only one I couldn’t do was the threading the leg through – my back felt too locked – so did pulsing side plank for that one. Long may these sessions last.

Completed 5 days so far, and getting a lot out of it. I’m doing this instead of running due to middle aged knees. So far so good, very straight forward and the 20 minutes flys by. Thanks Joe.

The grouped repetition ones aren't usually my favourite but these were more unusual exercises and it felt like we covered a lot of muscle groups. And tough too! 👍🏼

I enjoyed it but by the abs finisher was one too many plank positions for me. I have a tendancy to end up using my shoulders instead of my abs. I guess it's a strength thing I need to work on. Any tips for improving my kick throughs? Can't get my leg straight. Thanks Joe for another great challenge!

I’m loving your style of exercise delivery accompanied by much enthusiasm and encouragement to put 💯 effort in, an grateful for whatever content you record although my 51 body doesn’t deal well with dumbbells 😩. However I’m fitter, leaner and more muscular than ever in my life having battled weight / body dysmorphia all my life – I now eat more than I used to and enjoy food again without guilt, thank you so much 😊

I did this as a stand-alone workout. I made it low impact by swapping the running punches for curtesy lunges. I still find the kick throughs challenging! Thanks so much Joe x
