Welcome to ‘7 Days Of Sweat’
I’ve had so many messages this week from people saying that they’re struggling with motivation and they’re finding it hard to exercise and workout. The weather’s changing, it’s the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air.
So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I’m calling it the ‘7 Days of Sweat Challenge’.
Every day starting on Monday 7th October 2019, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.

These are great thanks Joe. A question, if I am logging these workouts on my Apple Watch, what exercise routine should I be using? I usually do other or mixed cardio is that right?
wow! i couldn't keep up.. i had to rest several times. but! i finished it! now tomorrow, day 5 out of 7. here we go

I must have missed day 3 first time round as it was all new to me. Thank God for the change of heart mid way through. Not sure I’d have made it to 20!

Why did I decide to do 40/20?! Especially with the squat jumps and lunge hops. I had another morning of waking up feeling tired emotionally and physically but after this I feel great again. Thanks Joe x

You know it’s a workout when you’re still sweaty after the shower
Joe gets me every time with the nice little rest after the lunge hops 😂 This has everything, including back farts. Did 40/20 again and I’m brilliantly sweaty. One year of doing your workouts and still loving it, thanks Joe x

I did this on one of the most humid days of the year, I’m soooo sweaty! I had to do 40/20 again. I love this one with the variety of moves. I’d love some new workouts please Joe. Great work, thank you Joe x
That was a good workout, felt so good afterwards!!
I love this workout! I so want to believe Joe when he says we’re having a break after the lunge hops 😂. I felt shattered physically and emotionally so did 35/25, but the important thing is I did it and feel better. Thanks so much Joe x
