Not done a 15 min sesh before as I thought it would not be worth getting changed into my kit. I still really enjoyed this as felt so crappy beforehand. Never regret a workout!

I've been doing your workouts for 6 months along with a vegan (new to me) diet. 4 stone and 4 dress sizes down. But MOST IMPORTANTLY you've made me stronger mentally and physically. As a mum of 3 boys I've given myself permission to take a few minutes out of each day to exercise and to be myself. I'm happier and healthier, the weight loss is a wonderful bonus. Thank you Joe and for any other mums out there who are thinking of starting a home exercises routine, DO IT!!! Don't feel guilty don't feel bad for the time away from the family; you'll be fitter, more able to cope with stress and sleep better, you'll also be setting them a great example.
