Great workout! I am in my late 40's and I had to do the push-ups on my knees (what a shame) and I did use an 8kg bell mainly (except for the swings where I used a 12 kg). I will keep showing up although I almost died 🙂

When I saw that this was a KETTLEBELL workout I was excited to try it out but VERY disappointed to find out that two of the exercises are sit ups and push ups.
I just love it how you struggle to finish some of those exercises and keep resting at the moment hahaha. I come back to your channel because of that :D:D
