Just did this one now loved it hard getting used to lifting the weight above my head after the backward lunge but I did it at my pace. Thanks Joe loved it.🥰

Great workout! I am in my late 40's and I had to do the push-ups on my knees (what a shame) and I did use an 8kg bell mainly (except for the swings where I used a 12 kg). I will keep showing up although I almost died 🙂

Funny enough, I purchased a kettlebell and I also went for 12k anything higher I'd be destroyed haha

When I saw that this was a KETTLEBELL workout I was excited to try it out but VERY disappointed to find out that two of the exercises are sit ups and push ups.

HeyJoe, just turned 60 and was time to get my body going again. Years of lower back stuff but everything is feeling Dec so far. Love your sessions, would like more 30 min. Work outs. Been at it for 5 weeks.
