Hi Joe , Great workout video as always from you, I end up pulling my hamstring often any tips on how to avoid that by using good warm-up techniques before running on treadmill & serious amount of squats say about 30 squats as I'm on my day 3 of workout, used to do these regularly long ago so my body copes better than rookies on workouts
Felling blurgh when I got up today, forced myself to do this – hearing Joe saying you'll never regret a workout…. now feel much better, and I certainly don't regret it! Thanks Joe!

Just did this one in 30 degree heat in Quarantine in Darwin. Oh my was this hard but so good for my mental and physical well being.
