This is great, thanks Joe! I'd love to see slightly longer workouts (20-30mins) too if possible 🙂

Hello Joe, I have always done high-intensity training when I wanted to keep fit. I have started again with your routines. great stuff.
I used to do my own which was 10 Down. 5 Exercises 10 of each then 9 of each etc. that was manic. then when that got easy I added other stuff. Is there any way I can contact you through email? Thanks for the workout.

Read the book called `The Supple Leopard` all about gaining torque in the joints that you talk about in the squats.

Hi Joe, any chance of doing a HIIT for runners? I try to do a work out on my no run days, could really do with some help to strengthen muscles that support knees? Thanks 😊

I think you probably have a/some trigger points in your gluteus medius, piriformis, quadratus lumborum. Or others. Those are my problem spots. Check out The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair Davies. That book has helped me immensely! Love your workouts

Ran a half marathon a few weeks ago and absolutely hammered my hip joints and knee, really loved this workout, it was pain free and hopefully helps to strengthen my hips and knee back to recovery!

Great low impact, lower body session; particularly useful for me at the moment as I have a shoulder injury so anything too high intensity is painful
