Legs are sore so today I’m going to give them a rest and focus on upper body. Let’s do this!
7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed – just a small space and some motivation to feel amazing.
Every day starting on Sunday 1st March 2020, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.
You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all year.

Wide arm press ups
Plank shoulder taps
Raised bent leg crunches
Plank knees to elbows
Crab tricep dips
Single leg crunches (right leg)
Single leg crunches (left leg)
Shoulder push ups
Elbow plank
Narrow push ups
Bicycle crunches
Plank single arm rows (no weight)
Floor raise and pulldown
Narrow to wide press ups
Single leg lowers
Side plank (left)
Side plank (right)
Bear push ups

So far through lockdown and have really grown with these workouts. Went off them for a week or so and had anxiety issues. So I have restarted and just gazed in awe at the difference. I would also suggest Mr Joe that you, if you haven’t already thought of it, you could make yearly episodes of this.

What timing app do you use
Day 4 was tough cardio wise but I enjoyed it. So far day 5 is not my favourite. I have never been able to do a single press up, I have hypermobile elbows and very small wrists. It just feels impossible so I have a go and do my best but it's not enjoyable as I know I'm not performing it correctly. I'm not confident that what I am doing with this is making much difference as I am unable to perform the exercises as I know they should be.
Ouch! decided to set myself a challenge this morning and do day five and six back to back, feeling sick now. 😊

Can’t wait to do last two and safe travels home. Your workouts are savage by the way and I have enjoyed doing your pe with Joe during lockdown. Nice to rest the legs but that one was tough on the wrists had to do an alternative excercise for a couple of the press up ones as it really hurt my wrists. 😏
