please i have a problem in abs exactly lower abs and please we need videos on how we slim our thighs without lunges and squats cause i have kness and bone problems
I like Kelsey Lee – not a boring workout at all. This particular vid is slow as she is teaching you moves and not necessarily giving you a "flowing" workout
whether this workout burns 200 or 100, it all depends on how much you way, because the more you weigh the more you burn, and the less you weigh the less you burn:P
Seriously Xhit is AMAZING. I've been doing these videos+jogging and lost 13 kgs since about a year ago maybe, which is pretty good for me cuz i don't work out regularly cuz I'm busy with school. I still have a long way to go but nevertheless, I feel so much stronger, more energetic and way more confident with myself now (bonus: I got my jawline back hahahaha :p). Right now for me it's not all about losing weight anymore but being fit, healthy and strong. Thank u so much Xhit u guys changed my life <3 <3 P/s: their yoga workouts are awesome, I can feel my waist and tummy slimming down and my abs forming hahahahaah
