I can relate so much – I started my Adult Ballet school a year and a half ago now – couldn’t afford to pay the rent for my studio and so many times nobody would turn up to my classes. Now the school is completely sold out and I pinch myself every day. It really is that small consistent amount of daily work which gets to eventually to the place that you want to be. Exercise is so underrated especially for mental health thank you for raising money for the NHS and thank you for pe with Joe I'm 40 and I now thanks to you have a whole new outlook on life and I believe in myself more than I ever did I used to think I was worthless again thanks from the bottom of my heart

Joe is such an inspiration! He has helped so many people find fitness and focus on their health – myself included. I honestly could never thank the man enough for what he has done. He really has changed my life! I originally started the 90 day plan in 2017 but fell off in cycle 2 as I had a few big serious things going on then. In January 2020 I decided I'd had enough of the way I looked and treated my body, so I jumped on the 90 day plan again. And only went and SMASHED the life out of it!
I'm now midway through the grad plan and I find myself feeling fitter and stronger every day. I could never have imagined in my wildest dreams that I would be able to sort my health and fitness out and actually lose weight. But I'm doing it! If you're ever in doubt about the plan, I can confirm it does work! You just have to put the effort in!
I'll tell you another thing, the 90 day plan is so much better than restricting yourself to a miserable 1200 calorie starvation diet!
