Here is the workout 35s work,25s rest(2 rounds of 15 exercises)
Squats
Slow Motion Mountain Climbers

Run on Spot

Pushups

Crunches

Reverse Lunges

Walk in and out (modified ins and outs)

High knees with climbing ropes

Sumo Squat Pulses

Walkout, plank and knee to elbow

Reverse Crunches

Narrow pushups foll by a wide pushup

Squat with 2 reverse lunges

Run on spot with punches

Burpees

Ah Joe thank you so much for the workout (and all your others!). My 13 year old son and I completed this workout earlier. We loved it. I do a variety of your workouts every week. Just completed this today. I couldn’t make it on Boxing Day unfortunately because I was cooking for the family all morning but I always knew I was going to hiit this eventually (pun intended). That last minute of burpees was as hard as it’s been for me on the Joe Wicks journey so far! Been doing your workouts for the last 4 months and I look and feel better and leaner then ever before. I even got two of my mates doing a JW Youtube workout away at a cottage on NYE! Easily the best free workout content on the internet today. Going keep the good feels rolling into 2020. Let’s go. 💪🏽
