Here in America we need more male interpreters. He is a really good interpreter. Good for the deaf kids in Quarantine.

Hi Joe, thank you for this playlist. I haven't been exercising for the last 3 weeks and find your workouts fun and easy to get into. I am not a gym bunny so was finding your normal daily routine a bit hard. The senior workouts (although I am middle-aged) are a lot easier to get into. Thanks so much! Cyndi from South Africa. (in our lockdown we can't even take the dog for a walk..)

Joe Wicks energised my lockdown in NZ and my transition to online teaching and has inspired my renewed commitment to the kind of daily boost that workouts like this can give. I'd love to see more "start-your-day-with-energy" workouts like the senior workouts — I'm not quite a senior, but I love starting my day with something like this, and then taking on a more challenging workout later in my work-from-home day. More, please! (And a mini warm-up and cool-down stretch after wouldn't go amiss on these!) Thanks SO much for being you, Joe!
