training to failure has pretty significant drawbacks, including not hitting full training volume effectively. mass gains come from frequency and volume. if you're training to failure, you're likely hitting muscle fatigue very quickly into your lifts and you wont get anywhere near the required amount of reps. mike rashid is different because he's an elite athlete. be smart about matching your lifts with your goals.

I need help with my deadlift form. Everytime i do deadlift, i always hit the top of my knee cap when coming down. Also when coming down with the weight, my knee often goes in front of my toes like doing a squat and block the bar from going on the floor

i was working my biceps today and i had the same message to share with the fitness comunity. I was already pumped up and i went for 1 set o light weigh just to pump the muscle  and to 35 reps i was feeling the center of my biceps burn like really burn, like i was on some type of drug. i stoped after 35 reps and i said to myself. Man!!! this is the way to go! i should had this feelling every single time i train a muscle ! if not, it would be  a waste of my time. I felt like something was cuting my muscle from the Inside not a plaisant feeling really but at the end it was the best biceps workout of my life! actualy i think that this tis the feeling you get when you go BEYOND THE BURNING SENSATION sensation that's it
