Well this is more a shoulder focused workout than a true upper body.
I came back to this one as I didn’t feel like jumping around too much. The scorpion press ups are still a killer but I’m getting better at the kick throughs. Thanks again Joe xx

I'm sorry but this is pathetic, he is either a total woss or a bigger actor than a p star, I did this after completing an abb workout and a real 10 Min hit and this really isn't hard. Perhaps it's a ladies workout because I'm really not that fit or strong. Anyway off to do my pushups.

I’ve been back again to do this one. Those kick throughs and scorpion push-ups don’t get any easier. I enjoy this one but it’s so tough on the shoulders. More low impact and upper body workouts please Joe! Thank you so much x
Perfect workout. Would love to see more of these upper body HIITs without equipment. I have a small apartment and don't want to buy kettlebells because they would be taking up space.
