Is standing obliques side bend really a good exercise I mean I did feel it in my obliques the next day but tbh I see a lot of people doing with 2 dumbbells or kettlebells on each arms if I think make it lose its efficiency. Also most people recommend twisting movement if u tell me that side bends are good then I will do them Scott 🐐

Nice pool. The real question I have is how long does it usually take u for a push day like this, minus the abs on all? Pull day and legs? My heavy push day is between 1hr- 1hr20mins.

Hi, I've got fallen arches/flat feet. I've been training for a while now, but have never really thought about it. I don't think about fixing this problem, because I have accepted it since a long time and I'm going to live with it. Is there something I should be aware of? Does someone know something about that topic?

If you use biceps 21s for the right reason they can be a great exercise. If you get a pump from 21s then go do some eccentric only reps to destroy the muscle you have got a killer finisher.

hey scott. i hope you don't mind answering this, but if i notice my chest has gotten the best results from a certain workout routine. and it's the only part of my body where i have a set of 5, start at reps of 20, and the last set ends at 5 while i keep increasing the weight with each set. should i try to come up with a routine where i do that kind of set with every body part

Hey scott I have a question in regards to deadlifts. I'm having a issue with shin pain when I pull a heavy weight(315*10). My form is fine but is there any way of suppressing the pain on the shins you suggest?

So ive been watching Scott Herman Videos since i was in high school (16 years old) so like almost 10 years ago ive watched this channel evolve so much, but im getting some real Insta Model Fitness vid vibes lately, heavy promotional content, alot of look at me flex and workout vids with close up shots and less instruction, idk im just venting right now, only my opinion, just feels like hes turning into what he criticizes so much.
