What works for me doesn't necessary work for you. Because we all have different genetics.
Remember when the gym used to just be about training? Now everything is so over complicated. I really wish I'd been alive and training during the 70s, seemed far better, now everyone is chatting shit on YouTube for views and attention and here I am watching it
You've been training for so many years and preach you can only gain 1 to 2 pounds of muscle a year when your in your 30's? You are not giving correct information either.

How many natural body building shows has Scott won? I'm pretty sure Greg has trained natural for most of his life. Scott you are talking out your ass.
Scott, Greg was a "natural god." Do you really think he doesn't understand natural training? Greg literally preaches be better than you were the day before. The response "train harder" should be your response. The same people who complain about not being able to see the same results as someone on gear haven't worked out long enough to see gains period. Of course people have different training styles, that's how exercise works. If your workouts don't evolve, than you wont see results.
If you put Scott and Greg in the same room to discuss this topic, Scott would look foolish.

I’ll tell you from experience you can look great naturally. Never done gear but have trained with juice heads and it’s just a preference do the risks outweigh the rewards same with TRT. Know many guys who go to “clinics” and yes it does work but for me the risks outweigh the benefits.

Anyone with a shred of muscle is on roids according to Greg. People are underestimating the power of a strict diet and exercise plan. And your right, the natural muscle is a whole different game. The path your on if you keep going, you will indeed eventually look roided as you will eventually acquire muscle maturity. Here is a tip for you, Raw milk is a great source of GH for those who can drink it.

Men im the same weight and height as scot but im like 15 or 16% bf,been training like 5 years and i have really bad genetics for bodybuilding but still work really hard to put like 30 pounds of muscle,and i have no money to buy a lot of suplements or to eat a lot of protein and i still got some results.I think the gym and the weights safe my life,it help me mentaly and emtional more than just looking good,last few years is getting a little boring because no matter what you dont make almost any gains,now is just about mantain what i build during all this years

Respect. but one thing though.. your heavy lifting for biceps is 50lbs dumbbells? Seems weird. I'm 37y, I only trained 8months when I was 17y (natural) and I was using 150lbs barbel in good form (not cheating with swing).
I started training a few weeks ago (20years completely not training), and I can use 45lbs dumbbells without any problem..
Its a bit disappointing to know your 20+ years didn't get you way past this level. But I guess that's natural training.. (I'd expect more, but..this could be the natural limit..Idk)
