No tengo con quien compartirlo asi que lo hago por aquí ♡.

Aquí les dejo las instrucciones:

Se inicia en Miercoles:

1.- Por la mañana coloque en Media Taza de agua, el número de granos de arroz correspondientes a los kilos que quiera perder.

2.- No ponga más granos de los necesarios porque esos kilos nunca más se recuperaran.

3.- En la noche tomese el agua dejando los granos de arroz para luego volver a llenar la taza.

Jueves:

1.- Por la mañana, en ayunas, beba toda el agua dejando todos los granos de arroz y luego llene nuevamente la taza con agua.

Viernes:

1.- Por la mañana, en ayunas, beba todo, esta vez con los granos de arroz.

IMPORTANTE:

1.- Conserve la taza tapada durante todo el proceso.

2.- Reparta copias (fotocopias a personas que usted sabe que le interese adelgazar) de esta dieta conforme a los kilos que quiera perder o enviar por mail.

3.- Comience la dieta en Miercoles y no antes de haber repartido todas las copias, o en su defecto repartirlas via correo electronico.

4.- Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona de su entorno.

5.- No haga regimen de ninguna otra dieta, esta dieta es infalible.

Love these 15 min block workouts been doing them for about a month now starting to be able to keep up a bit have a massive smile on my face and when I hear these songs on the radio all I csn think is of the moves to it 😆

this is one of my fave dance workouts, because I actually got sweaty! I am quite a fit person (I think🤣) and I love doing dance workouts because I think they're so much more fun than regular ones. But I never feel the burn, or get sweaty like I did with this one! so thank you so much Maddie!!!!! (plus it had On the floor and Give me everything, my 2 fave songs!

Hi!! I know no one will most likely see this.
But, I was just laying in bed earlier and I really want to lose weight. Let me say it's beyond difficult to motivate myself.
I'm my own worst enemy and self hate.
I'm 290 lbs and it hasn't been easy at all. It's mostly my back rolls and my flappy arms.
God, I just wish they would vanish and I feel pathetic even when I do workout. But, doing this really lit a fire in me and heck after the first 15 minutes I felt so enthusiastic and wanted to keep going. Of course I was worried someone would walk in lmao and I'd look like a chubby girl making a fool of herself. But, I hope to improve with your workouts and get to a weight I want to be. ♥️
