You never stand and do hammer curls, you never do 2 arms at a time. Your 12 minute arm workout though

I have a question, if I'm doing 3 chest, biceps and triceps exercises in my session, should I do all 3 of my chest exercises, then move onto all 3 biceps, and then all triceps. Or should I do one for each and then circle back around? What would be more beneficial?

informative video, thanks for that. Does that basically mean that it's better to use slightly heavier weights to do the across body hammer curls, since – as you mentioned – it's closer to the body and so feels lighter than a normal hammer curl?
