Yo Big Man get a chiropractor to loosen you up once a year in the summer because of the weather and because of your size. You’re muscles are more relaxed in the summer. No Y Strap because it’s bad for you and no knee stuff. If it’s an un natural movement then goto someone else and don’t hang on to the sides. That pop is good for your circulation, if your any part of “falls asleep” leave it because it’s fixing part of your body. Roll your ankles every night when you’re laying down in different directions and if you want to take the pressure off of your feet lay on your stomach and point your feet while you’re on a flat surface, you also need to lay on the ground because it’s flat. A bed isn’t doing you any good, it will make your muscles feel better. Start sleeping on your back on the ground and you need something to elevate your head and your neck, use books until it’s comfortable and just lay like that and that will get you right
