Was looking for a daily stretch routine and clicked on the first video. This has me aching in places I didn't know could ache. I'm on day 3 now and that leg stretch coming off the lunge is still so difficult I imagine that if I straightened my leg out completely I'd tear a muscle 😅 We'll see if this is worth the 15 minutes every day. It sure has given me a wake up call on my mobility if nothing else!

Nice routine, but I have trouble following it because the sound is echo-y and the loud music interferes, especially when I have to look away from the screen. Is there any way I can fix this?
