why does a "no jumping" workout on madfit always contain some jumping?
This was pretty hard on my wrists, so that part I didn't enjoy. Other sets were good though. It felt pretty advanced though so it would be great to have a beginner friendly workout.
Low impact does not mean low workout… That was a huge sweat!
I thought this was gonna be easy. Boy was I wrong.

Thanks so much! I usually do running but I've been feeling muscle fatigue on my last run so I'm resting but I still wanted to squeeze in some low impact workout today. This has been a huge help. I already feel much better after doing it.

When you do one exercise on one side, then something entirely different with the other, it makes the sequence really hard to follow.
