Maybe a few beginner roll out of bed ones? This was actually quite challenging and there were a couple moves my body was not able to do very well. I am sweating tho!

Is it normal to be kind of dizzy after a workout like this? I am about to start my fluids for the day (water, coffee) etc.
im so glad i was able to stick through this workout. I am a complete beginner and have only begun working out a week ago but I've developed a solid routine that works for me. I start out with a brisk walk for 5 minutes, then a slow jog for 25 minutes, then i complete a full beginners workout video from madfit, and lastly cooldown. This works so well for me and I already feel so much better. Thank you for making such good workout videos!! they help so much!!

I love this! Although i didnt roll out of bed, ive been so exhausted for the past 2 months bc of schoolwork, unhealthy food, and sleep deprivation. I wasnt able to maintain healthy lifestyle as i usually do. This workout is light enough to not exhaust myself as much but tiring enough to keep my heart pumping and focus on breathing. It's hella therapeutic. Thank you! 🤗🥰

I alwayd start my day with a 15 minute walk so this can be there to.
So just finished it, definetly a nice way to start the day, not to easy and not to hard.

I really love these pyjama workouts, as I'm recovering from an injury and this is a great low impact low intensity workout
Since I have been doing your quick 10 min morning workouts my pain in my upper back from all this sitting in the office has gone! Usually, I find stretching workouts quire boring, but thanks to this routine there is also a challenge with balance and coordination which I quite enjoy. Thank you! Looking forward to more of these quick morning workouts.
In the last exercise, is the middle pulse like a goddess pose or a squat (stick out butt or not)?
