I tried this workout on Thursday and I will say I really like it. I like that you don't use steroids because I'll never support someone who does. I really need to lose weight around my midsection. I would love a good workout for that. I'm all natural too, never will use drugs. Thanks for your videos.

I am following u since 2011 I have learnt alot because of u thank u very much now I have 16..5 " biceps after seeing your video " my bicep workout" I know how to perform barbell curl
Weighted chin-ups and dips are also crazy good for arms. When i cut down isolation arm volume and focused on progressive overload on those my arms improved a lot more than doing Abel Albonetti 's 28 set BICEP ONLY workout(seriously Scott, see this one on BB.com it is crazy.)

If I were to do just an ahm workout, I’d just isolate every muscle in the ahm. Like no close grip bench press cuz that’s hugely hitting the chest too much

You should try Dreher curls. I combined Dreher and Scott curls last month and my biceps hurt for three days. It really hit the long head of the biceps which I've been neglecting as I normally don't do direct biceps work.
