Man im so glad you do this cuz ive always felt this way about some these "fitness experts" workouts. Especially the booty workouts. As a trainer myself i have to shoot down ALOT of these myths that i get regarding these IG influencers.

allow me to comment on the biceps or triceps first, for me it does matter because after 3 exercises of biceps it gets pumped up ,so I cant fully extend to get max activation on tricep exercises. Thats why i believe it is better to start with tri. Big Fan here been following from the beginning of my fitness journey ( 8 yrs ago)
