Hii..I am doing these excerises with sets for upper body day
Like on Monday -upper body
Tuesday -lower body day (mostly bodyweight)
Wednesday-beginner Pilates (30 min)(at home on mat)(I considered this day as active recovery day so I thought beginner Pilates)
Thursday-upper body( thiese five excersise with sets)
Friday -lower body
Saturday-pilates
Sunday-off
I just want to ask is it okay to do these five excercise in one session or do we need to spilt.
I dont know what I have the feeling my workout plan is wrong like u know it's not ABT how hard u do it's ABT how much u smartly do .
Shattered my hand & broke my arm in 3 places back in July, trying to get the use of my arm back, hopefully this helps! 🍋
How many times a day or week do you prefer? I've been working from home more than going into office and my muscles have weakened and have lost some endurance on my shoulders and arms and they tend to hurt while I'm working at the computer. I have an ergonomic setup and don't slouch at all.Thanks in advance.

Yes yes yes… I really hope that you keep doing resistance bands workouts. To me… there is equally good as going to a gym and using the machines as long as you're doing it in proper form. I love following along with you
