Ok so I’m gonna try to do this workout every week day for 30 days so join me if u would want to in my journey!(also I started on a Thursday which is kinda weird)
Day 1- was kinda a struggle. Did it with my bestie on ft but we were both swearing after.
Day 2-still kinda struggling having to remind myself that it will get easier the more I do it!

I had to take rests as I was already sore from my abs workout yesterday 😩
I was able to do all the exercises with no rests except for crisscross legs up & down. I just cannot keep my back flat , so I modified by simp,y lowering & raising my legs–still not very far down. I did this routine after doing one of your 30 min full body workouts with light weights. Many thanks for all your varied workouts. They are so helpful in keeping my 77 year old body fit and limber.
