Mike is not natural if anybody wonders. These techniques work . Pretty much anything works. Look up any youtube beast . if its Rich Piana, Ct, Mike < Kali Muscle. All those guys are huge.And all of them use different techniques. I respect all the hard work that Mikes doing and he is trying to share. But bare in mind your body reacts different when you are not on juice. Your recovery is limited. No matter how fucking hard you train you will never recover as fast as on juice not mentioning the muscle and strength gains. If you are natural you must train heavy , increase your weights , CHeck the black dude Panda. He is natty but he is extremely gifted as well. You will never grow muscles doing lots of reps and pumping muscle if you are not on steroids. Even those guys mentioned above will tell you that even Rich Piana or whoever the fuck you ask

I love the concept of what he's trying to do, I just don't like how he's training the same bodypart on back to back days (even though the muscle is never the "primary" muscle twice) without giving the muscle recovery time. THE MUSCLE GROWS WHEN YOU'RE OUTSIDE OF THE GYM
Hey Mike take feet off ground on 405 and slowly bring it down 1 inch off chest and pause there for 3 seconds then push up if you put legs down on ground it's easier so put them in the air buddy and trust me you will feel the power
