Last week i bought protein cereal it's good cuz it got alot of protein, whole grains and fiber, but some ppl might not like it cuz it is not sweet, but i need gainz.💪

You right scott if You want to have bigger muscles you need heavy weights but some ppl hurt them self cuz they can't control it imo it depends on what you can lift.

Thanks as always Scott! I made good biceps growth for several months and arms are over 14" around at biceps peak now. I've been doing a 10×10 barbell curl with an inverted chin row finisher for past month now and I've plateaued so gonna give this a try to spur new growth hopefully.

I kill my biceps with pullup and Rows machine. I Show them no mercy.
Scott I love your videos and advice enormously. I found your video on wrist and finger strength, I strained my left 2 mid fingers working out with the TRX today. What other stretches do you recommend ? Can you do an updated video and do you rec the bar grips for females also? I think they might fit on the TRX grip.

Hey Scott, absolutely love and appreciate all your content. Prolly attribute most of my gains and logically fitness knowledge to you as well. Quick question, as an intermediate to beginner lifter, what would you say would be an ideal total working set amount per day?
Currently running a 6-day split: Chest, Tri – Legs – Back, Bi – Shoulders, Traps, and Forearms – Full body 1- Full body 2
With 30 total working sets each day. Is this too much?
Include old school 21s and these old school Spider curls.
Scott: Let's say that you're supposed to do 3 sets of 15 reps of a particular exercise. If I can do 15 reps in each of the first 2 sets, but can only do 10 reps in the third, what should I do? Decrease the weight so I can do all 3 sets of 15 or decrease the weight for just the third set?
I contracted my bicep as hard as could and I tore my left bicep!!!! I can only type with one arm!!!! Is there an exercise so I can repair my arm?
