Hi! Love your videos and have been doing them daily. I only wonder one thing: Why not change up the music a little? It does get a little old after a while…? Would love to hear your thoughts on this? 🙂

This is Awesome!! I have a 2 year old and I did this during his nap time. I didn't know how tense my shoulders were!! After this Stretching Routine I feel so relaxed and ready to go! 🙂

Excellent thanks! I'm having major neck and back pain today (Sunday) & Chiropractor is closed! But I'm tellin' you…this video helped me a lot, after meds and an hot water bottle! Stretching was wondering!

omg these stretches are really working!!! i did your thigh last couple of days and i barely couldn't able to walk fast but after this strech i am all good and back to thigh workout again ho hooo
