Loved it so much but OH MY GOSH i'm almost dead now! Started with your workouts a week ago. I'm doing 2-3 of your workouts a day and today I'm so fucking damn PROUD cuz I made my VERY FIRST Push-up of my life. 😀

This was an awesome workout and you were so much fun to follow along. I'm definitely sweaty! I liked the lunge to high knee the best.

I really like this workout! My least favorite was the push up to burpee but I could really it working though. My favorite were the skier jumps
