This was an awesome workout and you were so much fun to follow along. I'm definitely sweaty! I liked the lunge to high knee the best.
Favorite: jumping jacks
Least favorite: burpees with pushups at the end, where did those come from???

I really like this workout! My least favorite was the push up to burpee but I could really it working though. My favorite were the skier jumps
