you can piss blood working out, you have a limit, it's called genetics, your body is preprogrammed to be a certain size and carry a certain muscle weight, only thing that will alter that is with chemical. go get real shit. when you come off of it and continue working out, you're body will come back to size. plain and simple, the human body is highly efficient in using what it needs and excreting what it doesn't.

Over training is the way to go! If you come out of the gym thinking you could do more why did you even go?

hi mike, i hope you answer this, i aggree with over training, however, i am natural, but like at the gym steroid users talk how they train so hard, but i have never seen a steroid user be able to do SHIT when they come off, they are the weakest of the weak, they start bitching and saying "fuck natural training" and quit lifting…just sick of egg heads, and worst thing is they are ALL natural…. and make comparisons between them and you when there is no comparison..

So it's good to push yourself to the next level while you're working out, But what about the training frequency? Is there no such thing as too much as far as days per week go?

I totally agree with you on there is no such thing as overtraining if ur eating and resting properly. If you allow your body to adapt to this type of training, you will have to increase intensity if you want to continue to progress. As a natural, train hard but do not let your body adapt to ridiculous workouts day in and day out. Think long term!!!

Personally, me being an ecto-meso body type(someone who can put on a little muscle, but is naturally skinny and has a smaller frame and faster metabolism), i feel that training hard(2 hours or so) with heavy weight, is best for me! I saw the best gains of my life when i started training in this fashion! Being 5'10" and 172 mid bulk, i think you can most definitely say that I am more ectomorphic in nature! Training hard is what is best for me! Better nutrient partitioning, a bigger appetite to eat the necessary calories to gain mass, and it ensures that the calories i eat will be put towards muscle mass, and not fat!

I just feel if you overtrain your pushing muscles, you need to overtrain your pulling muscles, that is all.

Keep it simple: train hard, eat clean (eat enough), rest. be the best you can be! you know yourself worth if you eat chocolate all day.

Mike, you said in a video that overtraining is the only way to grow. and in this video you said it isn't.

whats the time range your in the gym working out, without messing around strictly business. Go to the gym, get your workout in ("overtraining") and get out. I am on a schedule between work and school, just a question.

I thought Mike Rashid was 6 foot and about 235.

But he has the same height and weight as Mike Tyson in his prime. Two completely different bodies though.
