Coming off of a sports injury where I'm recovering from a battered arm and leg, this workout is everything, low impact and strength-building. ❤️❤️

Earlier when I started doing exercise I used to pause after each 2-3 minutes to catch a breath for like 1 whole minute,
Now that It's been a month and a half and I came back to this video I did not take a single break and still was perfectly fine at the end of the video. Regular exercise does make you stronger.

I'm so obsessed and in love with this workout that every time I now play the album without any excercise, I find it weird the tracklist isn't willow, then gold rush and then champagne problems
these dance workout videos changed my life. Honestly, workout has been too boring for me, and dance videos are way to hard. Also, I just CAN'T exercise. I tried to join dancing class but they were too tough and I got dizzy very quick. You helped me sooo much in doing some physical activity that I just thoroughly enjoy, and I find much more confidence in myself now.

Uff, für eine Ü50 war das nicht einfach mitzuhalten. Ich war auch mal so gelenkig wie du, leider ist es jetzt nicht mehr so, wie ich es dachte. Ich hoffe, wenn ich regelmäßig mitmache, dass es dann für mich leichter wird.
