I couldn't do the whole workout in 2 days. But on day 3 I did it complete. My arms are burning but it's never been better.
Edit: it's been 6 days. I do it once in the morning. I'm following no diet at all and I can already see visible results.

Holy crap. This is actually extremely effective. No exaggeration, it was barely 10 seconds into the workout and my arms were already burning. And as I went on, they hurt more and more and I even had to take a few 1-2 second breaks cos' I just couldn't handle the pain. So yeah this was great! Keep posting such routines!
