Managed to stay on pace after a two mile run. Wondering what you would think about adding weight to this. And by weight I mean very small amounts.

1. regular squat
2. narrow squat
3. squat w/standing crunch
4. sumo squat w/calf raise
5. twisting 180° jump squat

My knees are really hurting while doing squats. Maybe my form is bad ?? Could it be the reason ??
I've done your 200 squat rep challenge for a few weeks and thought I'd try this one…WOW!!! My legs are like jelly! The last 20, it felt like my legs would give out, and I did my last 20 a little slower than you, but I finished all of them. 🙂 I am feeling quite accomplished! I will say, that I may stick with the 200 squats for my normal workouts and do this one occasionally for more of a challenge. Your workouts rock! Thank you Maddie!!!
