The one I found the most challenging was the plank on your hands while lifting one arm at a time. It looks easy but it's not!

I've managed to get my hands up in the air on the plank exercise, I now just need to keep my hands by my ears in the sit ups part!
That was very intense; as said previously the sit ups keeping my hands on my ears is the most difficult.
