Hey Scott, I have 2 questions:
1- What is your opinion on the Chin-Up as a biceps exercise and what does it mainly focus on?
2- What do you think of isometric exercises for the biceps? Does it work for building the peak?
I switched out regular hammer curls for the modified ones here in my bicep workout tonight and I definitely felt the difference, had a great pump afterwards! 💪🏻

I have 2 questions in my mind after watching the video.
1) Most people have only a single dumbell at home (me also) so can you do a video on best bicep exercise @ home with single dumbell ?
2) How to avoid the forearm while doing the bicep exercise?
Coz every time i do bicep db workout especially plate curl, my forearm gets worked out and not my bicep😑😑😑
