Each block of exercises targets a bit of upper body, lower body and core giving you plenty of “rest” to continue to target the same muscle groups after demolishing the others within each block! It’s like a game of hot potato! Your upper body will be screaming while doing the lower body exercises, but your upper body will be ready to go again once the lower body exercise is complete! IT’S GENIUS and if you’re looking to maximize your workout time, it’s routines like this that are going to be your best bet!

instead of 1 min is better if I do 30 reps of each exercise

I'm a bit late: But is this a good routine for a hard gainer?
I live with my high-risk parents right now so going to the gym just doesn't seem like a risk I want to take until we either have a vaccine or cases are eradicated.
Been really struggling with figuring out a well-designed home workout routine.
Should i be doing a full body workout with heavier weights like 3 times a week while doing this kind of training?

This workout is intense but i am thankful that it sets an attainable goal that I can reach. Ive reached being able to do the entire workout without stopping, besides 30 sec rest. Next step is to add 5 pounds… wish me luck!
