Why would I not get fried chicken and waffles when I go to Lo-Lo's? I would rather cut back on macros for the rest of the day or push a sled, hit the sta bike.
If I have to eat out when traveling then yeah, I'll get the grilled chicken sandwich, or grilled salad. But a mission to Lo-Lo's is a mission to Lo-Lo's.
