You guys said you wanted MORE INTENSE bodyweight workouts! Well, be careful what you wish for! Today’s workout is EXTREME guys. You will not believe just how quick you’ll start huffing and puffing as you try to keep up with me. But that’s a GOOD thing! Who wants to do easy workouts at home? Those don’t give results! If anything, they’re just a demotivating waste of time!

BUT, as always my workouts are “timed”. That means you complete as many reps as YOU can for each exercise. Even if you can only do 3 – 5 reps during the 30 second work period, that’s AMAZING! As long as you keep moving, you are a winner! And I promise that as long as you stick with it, you will improve every time you try this workout! So get your water bottles ready and LET’S GET STAHHHTED!

– 9 exercises
– 3 – 4 rounds
– 30 sec per exercise per block
– Rest 15 seconds between blocks
– Burpee Finisher – 20 reps as fast as possible!

Scott, I really appreciate you sharing these videos at the moment (seriously… thank you). I'm in no way a fitness expert or anything close, but the form of your couch dips look like the anti-pattern described here, where the hand position and internal rotation of the shoulders could be be bad for the rotator cuffs. this exercises are awesome, but for me its better to use workout resistance bands at home workout. i love them so much and its simple to use. if you want to get one for urself get it you will love it. i got my at trainhome shop they are great

I currently trying this for the first time. I’m looking for a home workout I can do that makes me feel good/accomplished/stacked at the end. I’m coming from a workout schedule of 5-6 days, two hour cardio and weight training.

Sadly, I just got done doing the second exercise and had to stop. I feel like I must have pulled something in the first movement. It’s not the butt pain from squats, this is high up the thigh under the ‘cheek’ 😅 I may have either done it wrong or too aggressively. So I had to stop and sit. Ouch. It’s probably normal and I haven’t done an exercise like that before but I can’t proceed with the other movements quite yet.

I may have to slowly practice and also try the movements I can do.

Either way thanks for the home training. But you are pain in my ass.😂
I’ll definitely be checking out other ones you’ve done as well.

Am I the only one who couldn't finish the work out, i couldn't get past the forgers of round 2. What's anoying is that i'm not really out of breath, my muskls just can't do the movement anymore
